As a coach and counselor I am helping people connect with their inner resources and I become an important part of people life’s journey in transforming them through the simple and effective techniques. I hold masters in Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

I am associated with Delhi government education programs and pioneer in conducting neurology based workshops in prison for the inmates. It’s been 2 decades in the industry and more than 1,00,000 lives have been impacted through my training and coaching services.
Sumit's Experience
Sumit has worked for over 15 years in the fields of organizational development, coaching, consulting and skill development.
The first 3 years were spent working in a renowned company named FedEx as a trainer here he was responsible for restructuring production sites, later developing them to successfully functioning units through organizational and management development.
For next 2 years he was handling a well-structured team at Standard Chartered.
vHe worked for 10 years as an OD consultant and coach for Hindustan Unilever. Currently, he is working with Investors Clinic as Head Training & Development where his key roles in leadership development and coaching, and to manage the development of a consulting and training business unit for Investors Clinic.
Sumit focuses on what he loves and does best. i.e. working with professionals. On one hand Sumit specializes in leading and developing “know-how” businesses, while on the other he develops leaders in organizations through his roles as a coach, OD consultant and a facilitator.
